At Colyer-Lloyd we consider ourselves to be a Design-Build General Contractor specializing in retail development, light industrial and church construction. Our Design-Build team of professionals drafts our projects from conception – to renderings - to working drawings all the way through to completed permit plans ready for construction to begin.

As a Design Builder we take pride in Value Engineering guiding the engineering teams to design practical mechanical and electrical systems eliminating the “gold plated widget” which usually sends construction costs through the roof. Using our years of experience, we design and build for less money producing an end product that is well constructed and extremely functional.
